I have been in the complementary medical field since 2004, when I started my therapy training with the Susie Jennings School of Reflexology (Association of Reflexologists certified). This was followed by a diploma in massage at Brighton & Hove City College and later Advanced Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift with Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.
These years have been a wonderful journey of discovery and I have learned so much more than just techniques. Today I run my own busy practice in Littlehampton and also work at various luxury spas around West Sussex.
